Our Visitor Centres in England are open, with extra measures in place to help keep our customers and staff safe. Please check opening hours and appointment arrangements with our sales teams before visiting. You can find this information on our development pages.

Visiting Our Developments

Wherever possible, please pre-book an appointment to see us.

If you are experiencing covid-19 symptoms we ask you to please stay at home and re-arrange your appointment.

We ask that our customers continue to wear a face covering unless exempt and make use of our sanitising stations. Disposable face coverings and gloves are available on request.

Our team is fully briefed on our safeguarding measures and will maintain social distancing where possible.

We have taken steps to increase the frequency of cleaning in our sales offices and show homes. These steps have also been implemented by our site teams and contractors.

Where possible, we still advise only one household may occupy the sales office/ show home at one time.

Please do not touch items in the show home.

Please supervise children and ensure they follow our safeguarding measures at all times.

Limited documentation will be directly exchanged where necessary.

Did you know you can reserve our homes remotely? Be safe in the knowledge that if you need to cancel, we will return your reservation fee in full.
