You will receive an annual yield of up to 6% of the property purchase price, paid for Legal & General Homes' agreed lease period.
We'll pay quarterly in advance, maintain the property to exacting standards and pay all utility bills. You won't need building or contents insurance.
We will return sales centres to their original planned design and once the lease has ended, you will have an excellent Legal & General Homes property to occupy or to let on the open market.
